The Youth Livelihood Programme has financed 24,859 projects, benefiting 275,034 youths at a cost of Shs 195.4 billion. A further 57,849 youths have benefited from the Youth Venture Capital Fund.
How it reaches enterprises
The Youth Livelihood Programme provides revolving funding to youth interest groups through district local governments.
How to take part
The portal cannot yet confirm whether either programme is open to new applications, nor their current application routes — that gap is declared on the scheme record rather than filled with a guess. If you are a young entrepreneur looking for this support, tell PSDU and the enquiry will be routed. In the meantime the financing matcher will shortlist every scheme open to youth-led businesses.
