UGX 35,000 (standard registration fee; subject to official fee schedule). (URSB User Portal)
Company name reservation is UGX 35,000. A company with nominal share capital of UGX 5,000,000 or below pays a flat registration fee of UGX 105,000. Above UGX 5,000,000 the registration fee is 1% of the nominal share capital, plus a fixed stamp duty of UGX 35,000 and variable stamp duty of 0.5% on the share capital exceeding UGX 5,000,000 (paid to URA). Foreign company registration carries separate USD fees.
