Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB)

URSB facilitates business formalization by registering companies, business names, partnerships, legal documents and intellectual property rights. It also administers insolvency proceedings and maintains the Security Interest in Movable Property Registry (SIMPO), thereby supporting investment, access to finance and commercial certainty. (Ursb)
