Where this stands
No action reported against this issue in the matrix. Paired with the gazettement action carried by Parliament.
Why this reform was agreed
The Animal Feeds Act (2023/2024) is a positive step, regulating production, import, labelling and inspectors. But the absence of fully published subsidiary regulations and clear start dates raises transaction costs for importers and exporters and may trigger inconsistent enforcement at borders.
