About this edition

The 11th National Competitiveness Forum examined how private sector development interventions could be put on a firmer evidence base.

Theme and outcome recorded in the summary of previous fora annexed to the 17th National Competitiveness Forum concept note. The full proceedings are held in Ministry archives and are being consolidated onto this page.

What it produced

The Forum informed the FY 2021/22 budget, which adopted several of its recommendations. It also informed the design of the Covid-19 pandemic Economic Recovery Plan, recommending uptake of digitalisation and e-commerce to build private sector resilience, and uptake of e-government processes to improve the efficiency of public service delivery.
